** - most trashed videos are those removed from youtube, or those the author changed to non-embed.  For this reason, the max trashable percentage doesn't account for these videos (new as of 10/15/07) so the number of trashed videos in the channel is accurately accounting only for videos that were removed by people..  To find the total trashed videos including machine trashed, subtract the number of videos playable by the number of videos in total..
<br/><br/> Also note: when videos are added, they are automatically marked as having been viewed, this guarantees that the videos will be selected with same chance as for any video in the channel, otherwise the probability increases as the pile of unplayed videos grows smaller..  <br/><br/> Trashed videos are replaced with added videos. Videos manually trashed are added to the "Trashed" channel. Videos in the trashed channel can be resurrected to best. Adding videos multiple times will only add the video once, all videos in channel are unique (youtube entries, although some videos tend to be uploaded multiple times under different codes). BTW, if you haven't noticed, videos are played at random, but only videos that haven't been played from a list, as videos are seen, the list is marked off, so until all videos have been seen, it restarts playing a different (random) sequence of videos, you may go for months without seeing the video you added, that doesn't mean its not there, you were just unlucky, if you contribute more videos, you will have a greater chance of seeing videos you contributed..  If a video is added that already exists in channel, it is not added, this includes trashed videos. The video can't be added back until number of trashed videos reaches zero, or an added video writes over the place of the trashed video. This trashing of videos is a form of garabge collection, and allows the admin to revert trashed videos in the case of a wreckless trasher (someone who trashes hundreds of videos in succession). Beware, wreckless trashers are banned by IP adress either temporarily or indefinately (at the admins discretion).  Some wreckless trashers are search engines like google, for this reason, banned users are still allowed to watch chann3lz. Number of videos that can be trashed goes up with the total number of videos in channel; so if max trashed is 40% and there is 10000 videos in channel, only 2000 videos can be trashed.
